At the technology center in Kassel, all essential processes of mechanical process engineering - with a special focus on mixing technology - are available for the plastics processing and chemical industry. Here, we not only adapt existing production parameters, but also develop completely new processes for the processing and production of sensitive raw materials.

Our ultra-modern laboratory makes it possible to check results immediately and quickly implement new solutions. Many of today's established standard processes for mixing and processing - including the processing of rigid and flexible PVC in their current quality - were developed here.

Thanks to consistent research and close cooperation with our customers, we secure sustainable competitive advantages in areas such as metallic powder coatings, masterbatches, battery materials and ceramic powders. The entire range of our mixing systems for plastics, chemical products and bulk materials is available at the Mixing Technology Test Center. From initial trials to production optimization, we create the basis for tailor-made machine designs and technological advancements.
