Characteristics

  • Discharge:

    The specially-shaped fluidizator rotates near the inner wall of the cone, preventing arch-formation. At the same time, bulk material is aerated and gently made to flow out under its own gravitational force

  • Dosing:

    Thanks to the wide dosing performance range (coarse to fine stream ratio), changing to a different product is easy when used in combination with a flexible filling station. The freely movable valve acts as a seal and is also used for dosing

    The discharge capacity can be regulated continuously. Depending on the task at hand, a weighing scale control or an SPS module can be used for internal weighing and dosing processes

  • All parts coming into contact with the product are made from 1.4401/1.4571 stainless steel
